Verification policy

Verified Seller status shows that a seller has submitted identity documents through AutoKarZay's verification process and been approved.

What verification checks

Verification may review information the seller submits, such as identity documents and contact details, against what they entered when registering. Submitted documents are kept private and are never shown publicly. Active Premium subscribers are approved automatically once they submit documents, skipping the review queue; other applications are reviewed by an admin.

What verification does not mean

A Verified badge does not guarantee the condition, history, ownership, or value of any vehicle a seller lists, and it does not guarantee the seller's future conduct, honesty, or the safety of any transaction. Always complete your own checks before buying, regardless of a seller's verification status.

Suspension & removal

AutoKarZay can suspend or remove a seller's Verified status at any time, including in response to reports, policy violations, or expired/invalid documentation.
