Delete your data

You can delete your AutoKarZay account and everything linked to it at any time — whether you signed up with email, Google or Facebook.

Delete it yourself

1. Log in at th.autokarzay.com/seller-login, using the same Facebook, Google or email you signed up with.
2. In your seller dashboard, open My Profile.
3. Under Danger zone, press Delete my account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your seller profile, all of your listings and their photos, your verification documents and your notifications are removed permanently, straight away. This can't be undone.

Can't log in?

Message us on Telegram with the name and phone number on your seller account. We'll delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it's done.

If you used Facebook

You can also remove AutoKarZay from your Facebook account: Facebook Settings → Apps and websites → AutoKarZay → Remove. That stops Facebook sharing your information with us; to delete what we already hold, use the steps above.
